Authors are required to prepare a full paper in a camera-ready form. In addition, an abstract for the conference proceedings is to be prepared as a separate file.
The accepted format is Portable Document Format (.pdf) for full papers. Recommended paper length is 4-6 pages . Color figures can be included in the manuscript. Please check the template for detailed formatting instructions.
MS Word template can be downloaded to help you to prepare your paper. Authors who do not use MS Word, should follow the format available in a PDF sample page.
When submitting the full paper, please name the file of your paper as “FPXXXXX.pdf”, where XXXXX is the five-digit number assigned in the previously received e-mail for an abstract submission notification.
The accepted formats are MS Word (.doc) or Text (.txt) for proceedings abstracts. The easiest way to prepare the proceedings abstract is to copy the full paper to a new file and remove everything below the section break located at the end of the abstract. The deadline for submitting both full papers and proceedings abstracts is August 31, 2010 . Authors must also complete the conference registration before August 31, 2010. Otherwise, your submission will be canceled. Full paper submission page will open soon. Revision of submitted manuscripts is possible until August 31, 2010.
Authors should complete the copyright agreement and submit it with their full paper and abstract.
Please read the agreement carefully and fill it out when you accept the transfer of your copyright to the SNA+MC2010 organizer.
