APPLICATION AND PAYMENT FOR REGISTRATION
Participants wishing to make registration should apply online August, 31, 2010.
Please ensure that each registrant makes his/her own online registration.
Application should be accompanied by a remittance covering the registration fee.
No reservation will be confirmed in the absence of this payment. All payment must be in Japanese yen. If the remittance covers more than one person, please inform us the name of each participant.

CONFIRMATION
Your reservation would be completed upon receipt of your registration and verifying your payment.
The Confirmation button will be displayed when you complete your registration. Please print your confirmation slip by clicking the Confirmation button and bring it with you to the registration desk upon at the venue.
CANCELLATION
In the event of cancellation, written notification should be sent to JTB GMT.
Registration: Not refundable
Tours: No cancellation charge.

Visitors from some countries will need visas to enter into Japan.
